Our Process

    1. inquire

    You share what you’re looking for via the inquiry form. I review your inquiry, assess fit, and determine the best direction based on scope, timeline, and availability.

    2. meet

    If your project feels aligned, we’ll schedule a complimentary 15-minute Zoom call. This is a focused conversation to clarify your needs, align on direction, and ensure we’re a great fit!

    3. define

    We align on exactly what is needed for your project. You’ll receive a clear scope of the work I’ll provide and project timeline.

    A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to secure your project and begin work.

    4. build

    Your website, branding, or materials are created with precision and purpose.

    This process is structured to be efficient and focused—communication is clear, and feedback is given at key stages.

    5. review

    You provide feedback during designated review points.

    Additional revisions, extended scope, or ongoing requests outside of the original agreement may be billed at an hourly rate.

    6. launch

    Once finalized, your project is delivered or goes live—clean, complete, and ready to use. For clients wanting to know how to manage their website, a 1 hour tech teaching session is included in the package.

    The remaining balance is due within 3 days of final delivery or launch.

Ongoing Support and How We Communicate

For continued updates, support, or additional requests following your project:

  • Ongoing work is available on a project or hourly basis

  • Website updates and smaller tasks are billed at $75/hour

  • Larger ongoing support can be structured as a monthly arrangement

We’ll have time set aside to meet online that’s included in your project scope.

  • Email is the primary form of contact

  • Responses are typically within 24–48 hours (Mondays through Fridays)

  • Scheduled calls or additional time may be billed as needed
